1080P Baby Monitor Camera

Amazing picture quality for such a small device (in both well lit and dimly lit settings). I especially like how it is so small and portable. While it does come with mounting equipment, this camera is perfect for moving from room to room due to its small size and stand-up base (fits in the palm of my hand!). The associated application also provides motion/sound detection alerts that can be set to varying sensitivities, and provides 6 seconds of recording. WhileI would love this camera in a cordless / battery powers option, you are unlikely to find the kind of video quality which this size device for the same price point.

Although I do not use as a "baby" monitor, I do use for security alerts in general.I have a similar model that also uses the Digi Cam app on my phone, so this was very positive for me to purchase. AS like the other, this device was easy and quick to set up. Maybe 5 minutes and up and running. You do need an app to view. Quality on this one seems somewhat better when doing side by side with the other model.Optional mounting and camera head does spin and angle. Has somewhat of a wide view, but not too wide, so no major distortion on video. Slight lag, but I would say would be expected (this is not a $1000 unit), and lag is not that bad.You can record, listen in and also talk. Has alert capabilities and other features within the app. Used this feature on my older model when kids would come up, trigger the alert and I could check in and see how they are doing, and not needing to leave the bed.No problems and I would recommend.

A friend of mine recommended this camera as a very good quality and affordable camera. I haven't had the need for a baby monitor in over 20 years, but with a new baby on the way in the form of a 3D printer, I wanted to have a way to keep tabs on my printing from the house without having to go in and out of the house constantly to check.The camera was well packaged and comes with pretty much everything you need to get it up and running. The stand is nicely weighed down so yo can just adjust it and set it on a shelf or table top, or you can use the included mounting screws to mount it to a wall. The picture quality is also really good in little to no light.I had a couple of issues installing the phone app and getting it set up, but that was user error. Read through the included instructions and use the QR code in the manual to download the correct app from the AppStore or Play Store for your device. Once you have the app, the set up is quick. You plug in the camera, listen for the beeps to tell you it's ready for the next steps and follow the instructions.This camera is a really good deal and I'm considering buying a few more to put in other places around the house. I'm not one that wants to have any cameras inside my house, but I can see using this as a way to keep tabs on appliances such as the water heater, crawl space under the house, furnace, etc. I guess it would also work to monitor your baby as well if that's what you're really in need of.

Absolutely LOVE this camera! Very easy to setup, and I was blown away with the quality of the camera, considering the price I paid! I also bought the Alexa show 5 to go with this cam. The ONLY negative I have is that I am specifically using the cam as a baby monitor, and I wish there was a way to keep the live camera feed up on the echo show or even my phone continuously, or even if there was a setting in the notifications menu to change the alert sounds for this cam so that I can stay up to speed if my little gets up through the night. Instead I have to get up and tell Alexa to show me his room, or check my phone app to see if there were any alerts.

Affordable, easy to operate, clear picture, voice can also be put in the baby room, we can see the baby anytime and anywhere!
